“Mark from MountainCrest replied to our request for a quote on our Bathroom renovation. We did a complete reno, down to the studs and ceiling insulation. Right from the start Mark was clear and concise in regards to our quote. He did not sugar coat anything, gave us a worse/best case scenario. Ive never seen a contractor so meticulous right from the drywall filling, down to the tile laying. Everything was completed within his price range that he quoted us. No surprise charges, no let downs, no stalling with completion. Marks honesty and Integrity went a long way, for our piece of mind. Mark completed the full renovation earlier then the time frame he gave us as well, which was awesome. He even fed our dog and let her out for bathroom breaks when we had to leave for a few days!!
